As the equal distances(ARCs) are being covered in same time so the angular speed is constantas well linear speed.

As the linear displacement is difference in the positions so this vector will be changing due to circular motion.

As this circular motion is uniform so the rate of change in displacement will also be uniform. and off course non−zero as its a circular motion so linear displacement will change.
