    The object passes height 5 m twice in an interval of 10 sec . So it took 5 s for reaching heighest point of flight. velocity at 5 m height is 0= v- gt 0=v-10*5 v=50 so speed at start is 50^2= u^2- 2*10*5 u= 51 m/s time taken to reach 5m =0.1 s so total time of flight = 10.2

    The object passes height 5 m twice in an interval of 10 sec .

    So it took 5 s for reaching heighest point of flight.

    velocity at 5 m height is

    0= v- gt 0=v-10*5 v=50

    so speed at start is

    50^2= u^2- 2*10*5 u= 51 m/s

    time taken to reach 5m =0.1 s

    so total time of flight = 10.2

    The object has flight height (s−5) m in

    2 10 ​ s= 5s

    The object is descending at the same time= 5s

    Using, s=ut+ 2 1 ​ at 2 s−5=0×5+ 2 1 ​ ×9.8×5 2 s=127.5 m

    Time taken to travel vertically 127.5 m,

    =>127.5=0×t+ 2 1 ​ ×9.8×t 2 t 2 =26.02s t= 5.1 s

    Therefore total time of flight is= 2×5.1 = 10.2s
