    r=0.53n2z×10-10 m

    for first excited state n = 2

    r=0.53221×10-10 r=2.12×10-10 m ν = ν ν0×Zn m/s ν ν=2.188×106×Zn m/s

    For first excited state, n = 2, Z = 1 for hydrogen atom

    ∴ ν = 2.188×106×12 m/s ⇒ ν ν=1.094×106 m/s ∵ Orbital period = ν

    2πrν=2×3.14×2.12×10-101.094×106

    ⇒ Orbital period = 1.22×10-15 sec.
