    Step 1: Assuming currents in various branches [Refer Figure]

    In Left loop, we see that same current i

    Step 2: Applying KCL

    Applying Kirchoff's Current Law(or Junction Law) at Junction A:

    i 1 ​ =i 2 ​ +i 1 ​ ⇒  i 2 ​ =0

    Therefore, No current will flow through 2Ω Resistance.

    Hence, correct Option is A

    Note: Similar analysis at Junction B will also give zero current in 2Ω Resistance.
