(H+W+C)/3 = 27+3(add 3 to get present data).

H+W+C = 27*3+3*3 = 90.

(W+C)/2 = 20+5(to get present data).

W+C = 20*2+5*2 = 50.

So (H+W+C)-(W+C) = 40 years.
