I consider this question to be hypothetical one as you’ve mentioned the number is of five digit but A adds another digit which doesn’t fit the category!

The five-digit number 24A8B is divisible by 4, 5, and 9. How do you determine it?
Solve for B
To answer this, we need to examine the properties of numbers.
A number is even if it can be written as a product of two, i.e
x=2k x=2k
. Since 4 is divisible by two, then we know that B of the number is either 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8.
Further, any number that is divisible by five can be written as
x=5k x=5k
. Therefore, B is an even number divisible by five. From this, we know that B must be zero.
24A80 Solving for A
This part is actually easy as there are two ways to discover it. First, it must be a number between 0 and 9, so you could brute force it. However, we will stick to numerical properties.

How many 7- digit numbers are divisible by 4?
If we are limiting ourselves to integers, first note that 100 = 25×4, so 100 is a multiple of 4, and therefore any multiple of 100 is as multiple of 25. So 100000 (one million, the smallest 7 digit positive integer) is a multiple of 4, and 10000000 (ten million, the positive integer which immediately follows after the largest 7 digit positive integer) is a multiple of 4. Obviously, since 1000000 is the smallest 7 digit positive integer and it is divisible by 4, 1000000 is the smallest 7 digit positive integer that is divisible by 4.
Next, since 10000000 is a multiple of 4, 10000000–4 = 9999996
