To complete one round Ram takes 100m/15kmph and Rahim takes 20m/5kmph

They meet for the first time after L.C.M of (100m/15kmph , 20m/5kmph) = 100m/5kmph=20m/kmph.

Distance traveled by Ram =20m/kmph * 15kmph =300m.

So, he must have ran 300/100=3 rounds.

Note:

CAT gave both 2 and 3 as correct answers because of the word 'before'.

Calculation:

Circumference of T1 = 2πr1 = 2 × 3.14 × 100 = 614

Circumference of T2 = 2πr2 = 2 × 3.14 × 20 = 122.8

Ratio of length = 614 : 122.8 = 5 : 1

Speed ratio = 15 : 5 = 3 : 1

Ratio of time to cover the tracks = (5/3) : 1 = 5 : 3

When Ram will make 3 rounds of T1 Rahim will make 5 round of T2 so both will meet again at point A
